All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our inflated balloon products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the balloons have been sold and delivered.

Pickup & Delivery Policy Pickup Policy Orders must be picked up by 5:00 PM on the selected pickup date. If you are unable to pick up your order on time, please notify us in advance. We may hold your order until the next business day, but we cannot guarantee freshness or availability beyond your scheduled time. Orders not picked up by the end of the business day without prior notice will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Delivery Policy (If Applicable) Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance. Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If no one is present, the order will be left at the location at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for balloons damaged due to weather, unattended deliveries, or incorrect address information.
